Julie Pruniski, Senior Associate


Julie Pruniski
brings ten years of project management experience with both for profit and nonprofit organizations to Sutherland~Edwards. She began her career in human capital consulting in Arthur Andersen’s San Francisco office, designing stock option and compensation plans for clients. She then became a Senior Account Manager for a custom publishing company, Tendo Communications, where she led cross-functional project teams through the launch of over thirty web and print publications for clients including Cisco Systems, Honda and IBM. After Tendo, Julie helped launch Extend Fertility, a Boston-based startup focused on preserving women’s fertility that received national press in publications such as Newsweek, The New York Times, and Forbes. 

CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS/HIGHLIGHTS

Julie earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University, where she co-chaired the Net Impact Conference, the largest international gathering of MBAs interested in corporate social responsibility with over 1,800 attendees. She was one of seven graduating students awarded the Dean’s Service Award and was honored as one of Vanderbilt Business School’s “10 Who Are Shaping Our World.” After business school, she worked for The Lee Institute in Charlotte, N.C., writing grants and helping to lead a community effort examining the need for mental health services for children aged zero to five.

EDUCATION

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
